Design for Manufacturability Excellence

Our experienced engineering team works directly with clients to optimize casting designs for manufacturability (DFM). We help eliminate common casting defects, reduce material usage, minimize machining allowances, and achieve optimal gate and riser placement.

We accept drawings in all major CAD formats (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF, SolidWorks, CATIA) and perform reverse engineering using 3D scanning for legacy components without original drawings.
